A Mental Health and Motivation Session was conducted at EKNM Government Polytechnic College, Trikaripur, on 24 June 2026 in association with the District Mental Health Programme (DMHP), Kasaragod. The session was led by Dr. Anju Venu, Psychiatrist, DMHP Kasaragod, and focused on mental well-being, stress management, and positive thinking among students.
The DMHP team comprising Mrs. Reshna (Clinical Psychologist), Mrs. Sajna (Counsellor, NMHP), Mrs. Archana (Psychiatric Social Worker), and Mrs. Harsha (Project Officer, SMHP) also interacted with the students. The programme provided valuable guidance on maintaining good mental health and building resilience in academic and personal life.
